The minutes of meeting 1604 were accepted as 'they're there'
the proxy Treasurer report is that the treasury is status quo & we have money =
regular total is now $15,716.52; the party jar total is $230.58
money can be sent to salve guilt via Paypal - sent to = dwgallaher@gmail.com
the VP had nothing fannish to report
the President said 'hi' to a new person, Audene Merrilees, but otherwise had nothing fannish to report
The Sports Committee rinsed & repeated that there should be a BASFA outing to the SJ Giants Harry Potter night, July 31, with a NEW maximum of 50 attendees, cost is $70 each for the 1st base party patio & includes food, buffet style & unlimited soft drinks & water; contact at = basfa@p4tt.com
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Howeird announced that Jeff Bezos & his brother plan to go on their first sub-orbital flight of the Blue Origin
Yochanan announced that somebody died
REVIEWS:
Lisa reviewed 'Cruella' as she was the only one watching the movie there & thought the movie was very much fun with 'both Emmas chewing the scenery' & very enjoyable & worth matinee & Yochanan followed, also reviewing it as he thinks it is the best live action film Disney has produced & found it interesting & found the acting superlative - both praised the costuming & he rated it as worth double full price
Yochanan reviewed 'Quiet Place 2' as a good movie and a good sequel & definitely worth at least matinee & he reviewed visiting 'The Mystery Spot' as he had a good time
we adjourned at 8:27 pm
and the rumor of the week = 'Cruella DeVille's hairdresser is Pepi LePeu!'
