ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Lisa announced that Dave G has had a mild stroke, but he is out of the hospital & recovering - but Spring will need help loading & unloading her car at Gallifrey 1 - so we should wish them all the best
Yochanan announced that someone else died [Burt Bacharach] & there was mild discussion, including that Ken did a 3 hour block on his music on kfjc.org
Gerry announced that he & Gayle will be at RadCon in Pasco Washington this weekend
REVIEWS:
Ken reviewed 'Everything Everywhere All at Once' at the 3Below as amazing, that at its heart is a multiversal family drama & highly recommends it; Yochanan followed, agreeing with it being amazing
Yochanan reviewed a TV show on Hulu called 'The First' from 2018 as near-future scifi, 8 episodes & done
Yochanan also reviewed a movie, 'The Fablemans' - Steven Spielberg's fictionalized bio-pic, beautifully shot but mostly just a bland but decent movie, worth $5 matinee; Lisa followed, commenting that many of the movie details were accurate about Spielberg's life
Yochanan also reviewed 'Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition' that he saw at the Oakridge Mall & really liked. He reports that he was not hurried to rush through & the personnel running it were very knowledgeable & gave lots of discounts. He enjoyed the experience immensely & highly recommends it
