ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Ken announced that this Friday is the 4th Friday of the month, so there will be a meeting of the Legion of Rassilon – 'your Doctor Who fan club' - live in person at the Dennie's on Bascom in Milpitas on Abbott Rd, near the 880 freeway, at 7:30pm - wear a mask - for more info check their Facebook page

RIP: Udo Kier, actor – many credits, including: Susperia, Johnny Mnemonic, and Iron Sky.
RIP: Jimmy Cliff, Reggae legend and star of the film The Harder They Come
Kennita announced that tickets for GalaxyCon 2026 are now on sale
Lisa announced that LosCon is coming up this Thanksgiving weekend - down in LA - starting Thursday
Reviews:
Rick reviewed the 2nd season of 'Pluribus' on Apple TV as the series contains many familiar acting faces & is very 'Twilight Zone-y'. It really feels different & the acting is excellent, with the stories going in unexpected directions. He is 'definitely fully-invested in the show' and heartily recommends it. Duncan followed, saying that the series causes deep thoughts, especially compared to the modern political system.

Kennita reviewed 'Wicked For Good' in 3D as the special effects showed well in 3D. She thought the movie was interesting & enjoyed the way the plot was done. She rates the movie as a 'solid B+' but not quite as impressive as she might have hoped. She thinks it will make a good 'sing-a-long' movie.
