Lisa = Must see TV: New Cosmos series on FOX. Quite enjoyable.
Thu 10pm CBS Star Trek: Discovery. Don’t have the streaming, so glad to finally see it.
- Gerald: Went quickly. Didn’t work well for him. Too dark.
- DaveG: Found dialogue stilted. Stories are all over. Not impressed. First two episodes are the prologue to the series.
- JamesB: Missed opportunity of Black Ops in the Federation.
DaveG: Cleaning boxes (sorting/purging) found official guide to Babylon5 with bonus best of enhanced music CD. Came in a box, with another box inside (‘90s packaging). Enhanced CD Rom! Probably worth what ever the full price was. Who knows what else is in the archives…
Gayle: MetOpera.org Ring Cycle (available on a per episode price) 89-90. Better than she remembers. Features Jessye Norman. Don’t like to like Wagner. Well done, but dark. Also features a 6’ 5" Finnish Bass as the villain.
DaveC: Ebay Auctions: New Era. Divorced from PayPal. Ebay now handles payments - yikes! Shipping fees not showing up on invoices.
Gerald: Listened to Klobuchar's opening remarks on the Judicial. Nice speech, up there in the Michele Obama category.
