The minutes of meeting 1601 were accepted as 'minute'
the proxy Treasurer report is that the treasury is status quo & we have money =
regular total is now $15,716.52; the party jar total is $230.58
money can be sent to salve guilt via Paypal - sent to = dwgallaher@gmail.com
the VP had nothing fannish to report
the President had nothing fannish to report
The Sports Committee rinsed & repeated that there should be a BASFA outing to the SJ Giants Harry Potter night, July 31, with a NEW maximum of 50 attendees & are at 8 seats left, cost is $70 each for the 1st base party patio & includes food, buffet style & unlimited soft drinks & water; contact at = basfa@p4tt.me

Yochanan reviewed The Waterman - https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/the_water_man The father was played by David Oyelowo & he really liked the lead actor;
& Yochanan reviewed 'Den of Geek' (a magazine) as free and lots of fun
Sandra reviewed the 'Mortal Kombat' video game remake movie & as she was not impressed by it;
Sandra then reviewed 'Mortal' an Amazon Prime video as much more interesting, check

Todd reviewed _Black Sun_ by Rebecca Roanhorse as fantasy that he quite enjoyed and it has a more South American setting; then he reviewed 'Alice in Borderland', available on Netflix as very anime styled, but live-action & based loosely, very very loosely on the idea of Alice in Wonderland
