The minutes of meeting 1605 were accepted as 'with warmth and ennui'
the proxy Treasurer report is that the treasury is status quo & we have money =
regular total is now $15,716.52; the party jar total is $230.58
money can be sent to salve guilt via Paypal - sent to = dwgallaher@gmail.com
the VP had nothing fannish to report
the President said 'hi' to a new people, Alicia & Alan - both students & fans, but otherwise had nothing fannish to report
The Sports Committee rinsed & repeated that there should be a BASFA outing to the SJ Giants Harry Potter night, July 31, with a NEW maximum of 50 attendees, cost is $70 each for the 1st base party patio & includes food, buffet style & unlimited soft drinks & water; contact at = basfa@p4tt.com

Yochanan reviewed 'Army of the Dead', a Netflix/Zack Snyder film, rated as an interesting zombie heist movie that is, in his opinion, a bit pretentious and too long;
Yochanan also reviewed a Netflix TV series, 'Jupiter's Legacy' as it has one season & was not renewed, with only 8 episodes, with great costumes & sets & okay writing

Yochanan also reviewed a Netflix TV show, 'Sweet Tooth' that he loves, & highly recommends - Todd followed, saying that it has 8 episodes, has seen them all and quite enjoyed it & thinks it is dark and also recommends it

Lisa reviewed 'Raya and the Last Dragon' as she highly enjoyed it, liked the world building and thinks it should be seen on the big screen
Craig reviewed seeing the 1st episode of 'Stargate' for the 1st ever time and felt it was confusing but interesting and 'not to bad that they won't see episode 2'. Yochanan followed, saying that he really loves the entire series and recommends seeing all of it and that it gets better the more you see. Lisa followed and agrees, saying it starts slow but builds on past that and it is fun to watch the characters learn and grow
There was discussion about getting back together for live meetings and the upshot is that this is still in flux and no decisions have been made yet & Patty suggested if we DO this that it be one week live and one week virtual thru ZOOM
Gerry suggested we establish a committee to investigate how we will get back together for live meetings and report on this - and so one was established, headed Ken, with Gerry also serving
