ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Ken announced that in about 2 hours the 'Quantum Leap' reboot will be shown on NBC
Howeird announced that he applied for a new TSA-Pre & he was sent to a Staples, where the TSA had a set-up, although he had a little hitch with them taking his fingerprints & he was quite impressed with the technology
REVIEWS:
Yochanan reviewed 'She Hulk' on Disney Plus as he was amused by the 4 episodes he saw. He thinks it has some potential, but didn't bowl him over - a fun little diversion; John O followed, saying that there are 9 episodes in the series & that in the comic she does spend a lot of time in court & that it is canon that she breaks the 4th wall - but he does wish it had a bit more action in it
Yochanan also reviewed the new Obiwan series as he liked it & thought they did a decent job & it was interesting
Yochanan also reviewed 'I Am Mother' as an interesting movie on Netflix about a robot AI after an extinction event and thought it 'wasn't bad', although he found that it did not satisfy him
Yochanan also reviewed the newest season of 'Westworld' as amazing and he is loving it
Howeird reviewed the new LotR, 'Rings of Power' and found it was too violent, dark and graphic for his taste
Howeird also reviewed watching season 2 of the original Star Trek series & commented that 'boy have the Klingons changed'
John O reviewed a doozy of complete brainless entertainment - 'Moonfall' - free on Amazon Prime & that is what it was worth in his opinion & his advice is to NOT go see it

Aatheus reviewed the first season of 'The Legend of Vox Machina' as really well-written, with good animation & good humor. It makes you care about the characters by the end of the season & is very much worth the Amazon Prime subscription
Aatheus also reviewed an audio book called 'Project Hail Mary' by Andy Weir as well-written & had an interesting ending. He rates it as worth checking out, especially in audio book form
we adjourned at 8:33 pm
and the rumor of the week was = 'She-Hulk can break as many walls as she feels like'
