The minutes of meeting 1732 were accepted as 'Not just ornamental but recounting the weeks leading to Christmas with every meeting number'
proxy treasurer report is we have money: Regular: $15,805.32; Party: $230.58
Money can be sent to salve guilt via Paypal - sent to = dwgallaher@gmail.com
the VP reported 'Nah' & had nothing fannish to report
the President had nothing fannish to report
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Yochanan announced that something called 'Galaxy-Con' will occur in August 2024 & be a media-con in San Jose
& he announced that Hanukkah will start this Thursday
Gayle announced that there is a Wilma Mankiller Barbie doll, check = https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilma_Mankiller & also https://shop.mattel.com/products/principal-chief-wilma-mankiller-barbie-inspiring-women-doll-hmt92
Robin announced that Fuzzy Pink Niven died yesterday
& also announced that this coming weekend is the Festival of the Living Rooms online & on Zoom

Yochanan reviewed Kenneth Branagh's 'Murder on the Orient Express' as he enjoyed the movie & highly recommends it & there was some discussion; check = https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3402236/
and he reviewed 'Loki, season 2' on Disney Plus as very different & he found it uneven, but included elements of time travel & recommends it overall
and he reviewed 'Bodies' on Netflix as he highly, highly recommends it & the way the mini-series deals with time travel. He really liked it a lot.
Craig reviewed doing a virtual SMOFcon purely online & found it amazing. He thought it was better than cons he's seen online before
we adjourned at 8:58pm in memory of Fuzzy Pink Niven
and the rumor of the week was = 'I hope we all realize "the mavity of the situation" of the return of Doctor Who!'
