Secretary = The minutes of meeting 1829 were posted online, and were accepted as 'ok, who’s building the ark?'
Proxy Treasurer's report = Regular: $15,805.32
Party: $230.58
Money can be sent to salve guilt via PayPal - sent to: dwgallaher@gmail.com
Though we have accrued $157.34 since the resumption of live meetings.
Vice President = Nothing fannish to report.
President = Not present.
Committees: None.
New Business: None.
Announcements:
Rick = The last dangerous OryCon is about to convene this coming weekend. This is the last year, apparently. orycontemp.tezhme.net/
Reviews
Rick = Peacemaker season 2 finale (HBOMax…) Wow! Such a build up to an epic finale, but did seem like a season finale. Low key (about 53 min) including music videos and set up for other DCU. Possibly no future series, so disappointed. Not excited by what was being set up (not a big comics fan). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peacemaker_(TV_series)
Lisa = Bronchitis is not worth full-price. Tired of the cough, and restricting her socializing because of it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bronchitis
Kennita = One Battle After an Other (movie) It was stellar. Freedom-fighter movie with Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, and Benicio del Toro. Worth full price. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_Battle_After_Another. Duncan says it’s worth seeing again.
Rumor of the Week: NOAA predicts a flood.
