Began at 8pm, with a mouth full of food

The minutes of meeting 1246 were accepted as 'almost as good as the fanfic'
The Treasurer reported that last week we took in $27.25 in the regular jar
The Vice President was not present
The President had nothing fannish to report
The Sports Committee has a couple of tickets left for the BASFA outing to the Giants versus the Dodgers game, Friday, Sept 12 - view reserve seats in 307 for $33/each
Announcements:
Ken announced that the Legion of Rasselon meeting will be at the IHOP on Steven's Creek near Lawrence, 7:30 pm this Friday
Josh announced that Spamalot will be put on July 24 until August 31 at the City Lights Theatre in downtown SJ & announced that he is the props manager Dragon Theatre's production of Moonlight and Magnolias in Redwood City, Aug 15 thru Sept 7 & announced that he is working costumes for 'Mortgage Meltdown the Musical'
JC announced that Nervana podcast, episode 29, part 2 = 'Superdads', will be out on Wednesday
Ric announced that Fanboy Planet's podcast, episode 358 is out now
Dave G announced that the registration prices for DetCon go up July 1
Adrienne announced that she is still clearing out her father's shop and still has more work to doneeds help with it
Diane announced that she is almost employed - so wish her luck
[tall] Kevin announced that he is proposing an amendment to the WSFS constitution and is looking for suggestions about it, to help clarify the issue, check kevin_standlee@livejournal.com & also announced that he won't be here for the next month & announced that he may need help with Westercon programming
Bradford announced that he is one one panel, at least, for the London Worldcon & announced that he is also on panels for Shamrock Con
Lisa announced that they won't be around for about 2 months with Westercon & that little Harold may need a ride to BASFA as he'll be home alone
