The Treasurer reported that last week we took in $28.25 in the regular jar and $24.00 in the Spider Robinson's family jar

The Vice President reported that there is a new 'Drink Tank' out on efanzine.com and there is also a new 'Journey Planet' out

The President had nothing fannish to report

The Sports Committee reported that he has tickets available for the next BASFA outing to the Giants game, May 8, vs the Marlins at 7:15pm; ticket cost is $23 for view reserve seats

Announcements:
Chris announced that he needs content for the next 2 'Journey Planets' and the last 'Drink Tank' is a month away

Ric announced that episode 380 of Fanboy Planet is now out & that he predicts much 'squee' in the future

Ken announced that he was on KGO at noon the day before & he's sure there'll also be a Nerdvana Podcast out soon

Larry announced that there's a trailer out for 'Jupiter Ascending' and it looks good

Doug announced that he won a Hell's Kitchen black jacket & he's having it framed

Reviews:
Larry reviewed 'Black Mirror' as a good British series & recommended & also reviewed seeing 5 episodes of 'Halo Nightfall' as surprisingly good

Dave reviewed 'The Interview' as being worth matinee

'Into the Woods' was reviewed a lot - Howeird thought it fantastic, worth full price, Ric & Chris enjoyed it pretty much, although they had parts they were not wild for

Howeird reviewed the 'Dr Who' Christmas special as he appreciated the actor, Nick Frost

Chris reviewed the National Film Registry as '13 Lakes' is a case study for boredom

Adrienne reviewed 'Blades of Glory' as hilarious

Barbara reviewed 'Battle of 5 Armies' as worth full price, totally worth it just for Thranduil & Lisa also reports she enjoyed it but would prefer less 'Hong Kong action'

Ric reviewed an ipad app, 'Duet' as possibly the best $10 he has ever spent

[evil] Kevin reviewed the 'Meshuge Nutcracker' final matinee as totally worth backing it, although the Heritage soundboard was disappointing - but still remarkably enjoyable - Kirsten & Lisa agreed

Doug reviewed binge-watching 'Arrow' as he has learned many remarkable things about Starling City & the fight scenes are very good

Trey reviewed a lumbar support pillow as 'it's a lumbar jack but it's okay'

we did auctions

we adjourned at 9:35 pm

and the rumor of the week was: 'someone died of hypothermia at BASFA this week'
