Adrienne reviewed the Tony Bennett/Lady Gaga album 'Cheek to Cheek' as the music was good & Gaga has a remarkable voice
Mo reviewed a Hugo nom'd book 'The Goblin Emperor' by Katherine Addison as very well-written, but that some characters didn't make a lot of sense to her; Adrienne agreed that the writing was pretty
Andy reviewed 'Battlebots' as the announcers are still dumb as a box of hammers, but otherwise fun to watch & reviewed more 'Killjoys' as still fun & reviewed Westercon as he strongly recommends against staying at the Town & Country in San Diego & that the Match Game went well, the parties were successful & [evil] Kevin pointed out that they did well at the Fannish
Inquisition & actually sold pre-supports & a Friend of the bid for the Finnish bid & that all the presentations are now online
Brenna reviewed Cafe Stritch as they have amazing jazz there
We did auctions
we adjourned at 8:53
and the rumor of the week was: 'Don't ask about the fart license exam'
