we established a party jar
The minutes of meeting 1351 were accepted as '2nd Brexit'
The Treasurer reported that last week we took in $2.25 in the regular jar & $31.50 in the party jar
The Vice President had nothing fannish to report
The President had nothing fannish to report - but we said 'hi' to Craig - visiting for the first time
The Code of Conduct Committee reported back, handed out copies of the report, gave a verbal outline of results, then we convened as a committee of the whole, discussed, rose and reported back
Business - it was mentioned that a lot of BASFAns will be in Portland at Westercon, so Wilamet Bay was annexed, just in case a BASFA meeting breaks out there; it was also mentioned that there will be light attendance at next week's meeting here

Chris announced that Convolutions prices increase after midnite on June 30 & announced that promotions are coming up, including a BOGO-free and another that gives a random chance for a room reservation to be upgraded
Dave G announced that there are tickets for Gilroy Gardens on the table & announced that Spring's Facebook page has new offerings & announced that it is the 50th anniversary of Dark Shadows
Adrienne announced that her Ghost Hunters meetup group will go see the new 'Ghostbusters' remake & announced that John Cleese & Eric Idle will do a show on Nov 5-6 at the Center for the Performing Arts
[evil] Kevin announced that this year's MidAmericon Worldcon has an Aug 19 Star Wars day & that Masquerade will be Friday night
Ashley announced that she is celebrating hard won good health
Ken announced that the Retrodome will do a quote-a-thon at Camera 12 starting this weekend, check the retrodome.com & announced that he will be doing KFJC from 2-6 pm on July 4th as Sir Cumference

Gayle reviewed 'Practical Effects in Hollywood' as marvellous & a minifest, 'Apocalypse Later' as very enjoyable
John O reviewed 'Alice through the Looking Glass' as very enjoyable and it held together
