we established a party jar
The minutes of meeting 1399 were accepted as 'we're tired'
No Treasurer & at meeting 1399 we took in $6.25 in the regular jar and $4.25 in the party jar
The Vice President had nothing fannish to report
The President had nothing fannish to report
no Committee reports
Announcements:
Harold the Younger announced that a new Zeldathon will start on Monday
Gerry announced that Space X will have a launch Thursday at 2:55
Adrienne announced that Worldcon 75 has released its reading packet
Reviews:
Fanime was reviewed as good & that their pre-registration process was streamlines
Baycon was reviewed as smallish with reasonably-well attended panels, a fair Masquerade and great parties, that the Dealer's Room was well supported & it was mentioned that Clockwork Alchemy may change its dates to March
John O reviewed Yoon Ha Lee's 'Ninefox Gambit' as recommended & a Hugo nominee
Fred reviewed 'The Core of the Sun' by Johanna Sinisalo as astonishing & highly recommended & reviewed Hamilton as well worth the very expensive tickets
Ken reviewed the trip to visit Idaho as they ate at The Original Mel's in Vacaville & did the long slog from Reno to Boise via Elko where they charged up & Twin Falls [also charged], that it took about 14 hours and he saw a condor
