Reviews
Lisa Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: [no spoilers] Enjoyed a lot. Tied up loose ends, and created some more. Not the best, but satisfactory ending. Would go see again to catch things she missed. The Carrie Fisher problem was handled very well.
Neil: 100%. Critics don’t rate this as high as The Last Jedi, but he thought they did an excellent job. Main questions taken care of. It’s a given for future movies (it’s Disney after all!)
DaveG: Seen it twice (regular and IMAX) Enjoyed the film. Ignored the plot holes. Succeeded at being a nice entertaining movie. Couple teary moments. Couple nice surprises. Worth senior IMAX price.
DaveG Knives Out (free passes!) Detective story, murder mystery. Enjoyed it. Lot of fun. Unexpected happenings. New perspective on Captain America. Recommend at full price.
Spring: Excited since the previews came out. Did a lot of casting against type. Daniel Craig as a southern detective - chews the scenery. Chris Evans was really against type. Well done thematically.
[No one had seen Cats.]
