Secretary = The minutes of meeting 1779 were posted online, and were accepted as: It ran so long the motion to adjourn failed for lack of second.
Treasurer = Regular: $15,805.32

Though we did accrue $108.10 since the resumption of live meetings.
Vice President = Nothing fannish to report.

Rick: Agatha All Along (D+) Incredibly good. Episode 7 (ante-penultimate) amazingly good – best thing he’s seen in years. Equally as good (if not better) than Loki and WandaVision.
Yochanan: (only first 3 episodes so far) Episode one had him question what he was watching? (in a good way) and episodes two wowed him. (Rick says episode one is a ScandiNoir pastiche).
Fred: Went to Mile-Hi Con. Very nice, pleasant. Heavy on writers, with a nice science & maker track. Very friendly, fun. Recommends A+ (full price). milehicon.org
Yochanan: River (2023, available on Amazon Prime and others) Japanese Sci-Fi Comedy (100% Rotten Tomato, and deserves it). Witty, charming. A Kyoto hotel is stuck in a 2-minute time loop. Live action with subtitles. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/River_(2023_film)

Rani = Went to Theatreworks show King James. Comedy about superfans who forge a friendship through a shared love of their hometown Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James. Mt. View center for the Performing Arts. Through 11/3 theatreworks.org/mainstage/king-james/
Keith: Gravity Lost by LM Sagas. Sequel to Cascade Failure. Really nice. This one proceeds a little better than the first. amazon.com/Gravity-Lost-Novel-Ambits-Run/dp/125087128X
Ken: Star Trek: Lower Decks (Paramount+) They’re back, and they dropped the first two episodes last week. There’s a call-back to the original animated series – complete with the mispronunciation!. If you’ve watched all the previous four series, definitely your cup of tea. If you haven’t – go watch the first four series, then these! Sadly no Ready Rooms for this (at least there has been yet). Rumor of the Week: Puerto Rico objects to being compared to the United Galaxy Sanitation Patrol Cruiser.
