Reviews:
Rick reviewed Guy Fawkes day as surprisingly un-fire-like due to a red flag [no fires allowed] warning, but there were some excellent costumes on display; Yochanan followed on, saying it was his first time attending, that the drive there was lovely & the 2 effigies were worthy of being burned with voting ending in a draw, Rick's hospitality was wonderful - worth full price
Ken reviewed the Palo Alto players 'Fiddler on the Roof' performance as 'A-MAZE-ING!!' and way far above even their usual superb fare, with excellent casting, amazing set design & that they have added a Thursday night performance. Tickets are selling out really well. He advises getting tickets & says it was worth 5 adult tickets & 2 children's tickets to him; Yochanan followed on, saying this production was done very well & he enjoyed it a great deal, with the fiddler's performance being especially incredible
see = Fiddler on the Roof, Palo Alto Players, Runs through November 24. They added a Thursday evening show on 11/21. paplayers.org
Yochanan reviewed 'Time Cut' on Netflix as, somehow it ranked as number one there. He watched this one 'so you don't have to'. It was a horror, teen time comedy movie that made no sense at all
see = https://www.netflix.com/title/81504326
Fred reviewed 'TusCon' in Tucson, Arizona as it went well, the guests were excellent & he enjoyed himself quite a lot
see = https://horrorcons.com/event/24472/tuscon-2024
and the rumor of the week was = 'The apocalypse came early this year'
