Ken = This Friday is the fourth Friday of the month and time, once again, for the monthly meeting of the Legion of Rassilon – your Doctor Who fan club. This month we will be continuing with the third and fourth episodes of The War Between the Land and the Sea. Meeting starts at 7:30, at the Denny’s on Abbot Ave in Milpitas – just off Calaveras Boulevard near 880. lor.club

Rick = A Knight of the Seven Nine Kingdoms just finished up its season. Traditional low stakes ending for a season. Amusing bits. Doing pretty well, and looking forward to more seasons. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Knight_of_the_Seven_Kingdoms_(TV_series)
& Rick reviewed Star Trek Star Fleet Academy. Has been cycling through the cadets in recent stories. Liked that they mostly got out of the academy this week. & Rick reviewed = Predator: Badlands (film) Predator series had languished for a while, but this is the second in recent times that have marked improvement. He’s about 2/3 through, and looking forward to finishing. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predator:_Badlands Yochanan: Saw in cinema and liked it. Graet world-building. Lots of fun.
Yochanan = Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die (in cinemas) SF Comedy dir: Gore Verbinski with Sam Rockwell and a guy from the future. Dark humor and unique style. A bit over the top at the end. A-, more than matinee, possibly full price. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Good_Luck%2C_Have_Fun%2C_Don't_Die
& Yochanan reviewed = Undone (Prime 2019) Two seasons of eight x 23-30’ episodes. Animated comedy series. Rotoscope style. Compelling watching, detail and world-building. Not crazy about the final episode, but over all loved the show. Highly recommends. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Undone_(TV_series) Rick: Has only seen the first season, but the most effective use of rotoscope, and engaging story.
& Yochanan reviewed = Stargate Infinity (Prime 2002) animated. 1 26 episode series. Not considered cannon, where the gate is public knowledge. A group of young agents trying to clear their name. Deirdre = Addicted to BitCraft – a rust based proof of concept game. It’ll be relaunched later this week. bitcraftonline.com/
