Reviews:
Dave G reviewed adventures in Burlingame at the Hyatt as a 'typical creation con' & reviewed going to 'Rasa', a 1-star Michelin Indian restaurant in Burlingame as really, really good
Adrienne reviewed a book, 'The Legends of River Song' as enjoyable - Dave C says you can buy the book from Amazon, half-priced books or from him
Ric reviewed 'Music Room', a short story by Stephen King as recommended
Brad reviewed 'The Walking Dead' as the first half of season 6 was good, the other half was disappointing, & the first part of Season 7 is getting better
Dave C reviewed 'The Annihilation Score' by Charlie Stross - a Laundry book- as bureaucracy almost destroys the world & a decent read; Bill followed, saying that it's definitely worth reading if you like the Laundry series
Then Bill reviewed 'The Best of Gregory Benford' short stories as mostly entertaining
we did auctions
we adjourned at 9:02 pm
and the rumor of the week was: 'It's beginning to look a lot like Star Wars'
