The minutes of meeting 1378 were accepted as 'BAD 2016!'
The Treasurer attended late & reported that last week we took in $0.50 in the regular jar - and $0.75 in the party jar
The Vice President had nothing fannish to report
The President said 'hi' to folks visiting to us for the first time - Judy - and also John Schmidt
Announcements:
JC announced that Nerdvana Podcast, episode 51, part 4 - the last of Baycon 2016, will be out Wednesday
John announced that Ursula Vernon has a book out, [under the pen-name of T.Kingfisher] called 'Summer in Orcus' & it can be found at = http://www.redwombatstudio.com/portfolio/summer-in-orcus/
Harold the Younger announced that the Zeldathon charity is over & raised over $250,000 = https://blog.helphopelive.org/2016/12/27/one-year-later-the-legacy-and-impact-of-zeldathon-hope/
Gerry announced that SpaceX will try its next launch this Sunday, Jan 8
Adrienne announced that she just was notified by the state that West Coast Paranormal Events is now reserved and she is looking for others to be on the board of directors
[evil] Kevin announced that Worldcon in 2018 will have a party at Furcon on Friday night
Howeird announced that he has just been hired to help break Android TVs

Dave C reviewed going to the Punchline to see Greg Proops in his Smartest Man in the World show as always interesting and worth full price
JC reviewed the last meeting of the Legion of Rasselon in 2016 as very fun & enjoyable - and Adrienne followed-on, agreeing
Andy reviewed binging on earlier seasons of Sherlock as good & then seeing the new season as he can't say anything more without spoilers
I reviewed seeing 'Rogue One' again as very much enjoyed & worth full price again
Draven reviewed 'Assassin's Creed' as totally worth watching & reviewed 'Swiss Army men' as an odd movie but watchable
we did auctions
