The minutes of meeting 1539 were accepted as 'they're online somewhere'

the proxy Treasurer report is that at meeting 1539 we took in $1.25 in the regular jar & $1.50 in the party jar

the VP had nothing fannish to report

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Fred announced that the membership rates for the Tonopah Westercon are going up in about 2 weeks

REVIEWS:
Fred reviewed 'SF by the Bay' - a multi-week long event; he was there Saturday - as was SFinSF & thinks it is worth going to - and the next several weeks will have lectures and films on the 1st floor of the SF library, while exhibits are on the 3rd floor

there were no auctions
